Recipe | Strawberry Icebox Pie

This is perfect for busy days, warm days and I just really want a low-cal dessert days.

Strawberry Icebox Pie

  • 2/3 c boiling water
  • 1 3-oz package JELL-O Strawberry Flavor
  • 1 c ice cold water
  • 1 8-oz tub Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker crumb crust

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water and stir until jello starts to feel thick. Beat in Cool Whip, then pour into crust. (I added a layer of sliced strawberries first and let me just say…yum!) Place in refrigerator and chill until set, about 2 hours.
