It started feeling like the doorway to Hades way too early in Texas this year, y’all. So I did what any sane person would do: I pulled out the ice cream maker and started making yummy cool treats.
Orange Sherbet
Recipe sourced from the Unofficial Narnia Cookbook
- 1/3 c confectioners’ sugar
- 1 t orange extract
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 c Heavy cream
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 2 hours. Pour into ice cream mixer and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
