March 2021 Wrap Up

March was still very chaotic with family-related activity. We were working against the clock to prepare Kelly’s biological father for Medicaid provided care.

A year after COVID’s arrival, Kelly finally took his first rapid COVID test. It was a requirement for visiting his father in the care home. (He tested negative!)

Plano Fire-Rescue made several of us lunch as a thank you for helping during the winter storm. Glory Be was shamelessly flirty. I guess every girl loves a firefighter!

Glory also made a new friend when she went to spend the day with Magic. That allowed us to spend a day cleaning out J’s home and preparing to sell off what we could to pay for care.

FIRST VACCINE SHOTS DONE!

We reached an inter-species milestone. It’s not easy and it’s not quiet, but they’re figuring it out.

The first of many, many, MANY sales.
