I stumbled across this recipe while making food for our bonus. He had several packages of angel food cake mix and I felt I needed to make something different to keep the sweets interesting.
Turns out this is very easy, tastes great and would make for a perfect party cake.
Pineapple Angel Food Cake
- Angel Food Cake mix
- Crushed pineapple, 20 oz can (undrained)
Combine together, pour into ungreased tube pan and bake at 350F for 40-45 min. Cool for 2 hours according to package instructions. Loosen cake from pan by running a knife around outside edge, then tilt cake out of pan. Slice and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
