Recipe | Crockpot Thai Tofu

This is soooo easy that you’ll do yourself a disservice if you don’t give it a try for a quick meal.

Crockpot Thai Tofu

  • 1 pkg extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 jar Thai peanut sauce (12 oz)

Cut tofu into 1 inch chunks. Top with sauce. Cook in crockpot on low 4-5 hours. Serve with rice.
