Refreshing Our Patio Set

In 2006, I bought a used patio set on Craigslist. I refinished it in a French blue and recovered the seats. Sadly, I’ve lost all of the photos from that project other than a snap right after I picked up the set.

Twelve years later, the patio set needed some love. The blue was faded, the seats had rotted. It was time.

Bring on the oil rubbed bronze!

Spray paint and new seats (wood disks found at Walmart that I stained) gave my old set a very fresh new look for $50.

It’s even better when you add on new seat cushions from Wayfair to match our new patio umbrellas.
