I came home from work on Friday to find a package with UK postage stamps sitting outside the front door.
Fun, fun! I thought. A package from the UK…just what I always wanted!
I opened it to find a cornucopia of Union Jack party supplies…cupcake liners, cupcake stand, bunting and flag. Perfect for celebrating a Bit O’ Brit right here in the States.
I’m an Anglophile. I can’t help it.
I even throw parties like this at work.
Anyway, I’m not the only Anglophile in the Hayley House. Our Bridget, who was born in the UK (her name’s a bit of a play on that) heartily approved of the package, too!
