Ingredients for a Perfect Evening

The temperatures are finally below 90F at 6 p.m. How best to celebrate?

Let’s…

1. Start by grilling a salmon fillet for a low-cal dinner.

2. Take a 1.5 mile walk through the neighborhood to the local Baskin-Robbins.

3. Split a banana split with the Love of My Life (hot fudge sauce on the side, of course!):


4. Order two scoops of chocolate-peanut butter for The Niece:


5. Walk 1.5 miles back home.

6. Spend the rest of the evening playing games and catching up on magazine reading.

Practically perfect in every way!!

    The salmon and the ice cream balance out nicely.
