  • 1/2 lb ground sirloin
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t dry mustard
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can unsalted fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 c low-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 t flour
  • 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 T  cream cheese
  • 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper

Cook pasta according to directions and drain. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook, stirring often, until meat is done, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; stir in tomatoes. Whisk together milk and flour. Pour mixture into skillet, bring to a boil over high. Add cheeses; stir until cheeses melt. Remove from heat. Stir in pasta and meat mixture. Top with salt and pepper.
