Because You Asked: A Tasty Guide to Jar Salads

We’ve been on a salad kick lately and man oh man, do we love our easy-to-transport salad in a jar.

I haven’t been able to resist sharing photos of our lunchtime specials on social media. Several of you have asked for recipes, so I’ve decided to write this quick post of ideas to get you started. The only important thing to keep in mind as you build your salad is to keep greens and liquids separate to prevent wilting.

Share the salads you create – I’m always looking for new ideas! (And I have several planned for the upcoming weeks, so I’ll write a follow up post with the next batch.)
