Smoked Salmon Pasta

- 8 oz quick cook-in-bag pasta
- 1 c cooked peas
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 2 T chopped green onions
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t ground pepper
- 2 c baby arugula
- 6 oz smoked salmon, torn into 1-inch pieces
Cook pasta according to package directions. Whisk mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, tarragon, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the pasta and peas, arugula and smoked salmon; stir gently until well combined.
