Recipe | Tex-Mex One Dish Taco

Kelly invented this using odds-and-ends we had around the house. It’s a delicious pantry clean-out dish, worthy of making anytime.

Tex-Mex One Dish Taco

  • Taco meat
  • Sliced cabbage
  • Diced onion
  • Can pinto beans, drained
  • Can diced tomatoes, drained

Cook onion and cabbage into taco meat until softened. Stir in pinto beans and tomatoes. Warm through. Serve in fresh corn tortillas.
