I found a terrific website with simple meals using ingredients from Trader Joe’s. So far, all we’ve tried have been winners.
Green Curry Chicken & Fried Rice

- Two jars Trader Joe’s Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce
- 1 package Just Grilled Chicken Strips
- 1 package frozen Vegetable Fried Rice
Warm chicken and cook rice. Once the rice is cooked, add both jars of the simmer sauce and chicken to the same skillet and heat until warmed.
