May marked a major turning point in our lives in two important ways.
First, we got rid of Old Glory.
Second, the same day we rehomed Old Glory we opened our home to Glory. A dog. We’re cat people. Major change.
We tried to rehome Glory.
It didn’t work – we wanted her back – as frustrating as she can be at times for us and the boys.
In other news, I stenciled our newly replaced curb.
We had Glory spayed (if that’s not making it official, I don’t know what is).
We saw the Blue Angels do a healthcare heroes flyover.
My office installed PPE in the hopes that someday we’d return to a semblance of post-COVID normal and work together again.
But alas, we had to kick off our Dallas Galloway 2020 season on Zoom.
