Recipe | Tuna White Bean Salad

Another simple, healthy and fast meal from Run Fast. Cook Fast. Eat Slow.

Tuna White Bean Salad

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 c finely chopped red onion
  • 2 T chopped Kalamata olives
  • 3 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 t sea salt
  • Ground pepper

Combine everything together. Serve on toast or salad.
