- Instant ramen noodles or rice noodles, prepared according to package instructions (but without any flavor packets)
- 2 T kecap manis
- 2 T sriracha chili sauce
- 1 T sweet chili sauce
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 t curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wok oil
- Shredded cabbage
- 2 eggs. lightly beaten
Combine sauces and spices, set aside. Heat oil in wok, then add cabbage. Cook until cabbage is soft. Add eggs and cook until eggs are soft set. Add noodles and sauce. Cook until warmed through. Serve.
