Greek Chicken Meal Prep
- Set aside 4 lunch-sized plastic containers.
- Add in 1/2 cooked chicken breast (I marinated mine in olive oil and dill before cooking)
- Top with a dollop of tzatziki
- Add side items, like: baba ganoush, kalamata olives, hummus, tabbouleh, or might I suggest amazing 7-layer Greek dip?
