Smoked Chipotle-Maple Chicken

- 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 t chipotle powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/3 c maple syrup
Preheat smoker to a temperature of 250F. Mix together chipotle powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture over chicken breasts, then place chicken breasts in smoker. Place probe in chicken to monitor temperature. Brush with maple syrup every hour. Remove the chicken from the smoker when it reaches 165F, about 3 hours. Brush with maple syrup, then serve.
