Ahi Tuna Tostadas

- 12 oz sushi-grade tuna cut into 1/2″ cubes
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/3 c green onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 2 T furikake seasoning
- 6 tostada shells or tortilla chips
- 1 avocado, sliced thin
Cut tuna into cubes and add to large bowl. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped green onion and ginger. Toss to coat, until tuna is fully coated. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes. After marinating, top tostadas with avocado and a spoonful of tuna. Garnish with furikake.
