July was unbearably hot, so most of our activities were slow walks, slow runs or hanging out inside as a family.
That meant tackling some overdue projects.
And taking naps.
We found ways to keep our hot and long Galloway runs fun – like scavenger hunts!
Kelly gave me a new Garmin for my birthday.
I gave him a meet-and-greet with Lee Majors!
I finished my big family project (Christmas gifts, done!).
We ended the month with a trip to the Northwest for Beau’s wedding. But first, salmon chowder, sunrises, the Space Needle and spotting Mt Ranier.
