Spotted this in an Instagram story and now I keep the ingredients on hand for a quick lunch fix anytime.
Quick Mediterranean Wrap
- Salami
- Mild cheese (baby swiss, provolone, mozarella)
- Arugula
- Balsamic glaze
- Burrito-sized wrap
Starting with the wrap, layer cheese, salami and arugula. Drizzle with glaze and roll into a burrito. Before heating, microwave for 15 seconds to warm cheese and meld flavors.
