Recipe | Smoked Salmon Spread

Saw this recipe and instantly knew it would be awesome with salmon instead of trout. I was right and the rest is a delicious memory.

Smoked Salmon Spread

  • 4 oz package smoked salmon
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 T prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 c chopped red onion
  • 1/8 c chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/8 c lemon juice (more or less to taste)
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Remove skin from salmon and discard. Finely chop the salmon and place in a medium bowl. Add sour cream, yogurt, horseradish, onion, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice and pepper. Stir to combine. Serve with crackers and/or cucumber slices. Can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
