I should have titled this: Make and Take to Every Party You Attend. This recipe is that good and that easy.
Pimento Cheese Stuffed Peppers

- Pimento cheese (your favorite store bought or homemade but who am I kidding – I totally bought premade because life is too busy and I still have a full-time job)
- Miniature sweet peppers
- Chopped jalapenos
Remove stem, slice sweet peppers in half and remove ribs and seeds. Fill with pimento cheese. Top with chopped jalapenos. Preheat oven to 350F. Place stuffed peppers on a lined baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is melty. Serve warm.
Note: candied jalapenos would be really good in this but I didn’t have any so I worked with what was in the fridge.
