Prebaked Cinnamon Rolls
- Follow your favorite cinnamon roll recipe, stopping at the baking stage. Preheat oven to 350F and bake cinnamon rolls for 10-12 minutes. You want them to be firm, but not browned.
- Cool completely, then wrap pan of cooked rolls in foil.
- Pro tip: Make your favorite icing, place in plastic zip bag and add to the cinnamon roll pan.
- Also a pro tip: Make yourself a note with instructions so you don’t forget when you rediscover these in the freezer months later!
- When you’re ready for fresh-baked cinnamon rolls, remove from freezer. Preheat oven to 350F. Remove frosting packet and let thaw on counter while rolls bake.
- Bake frozen rolls for 15 minutes. Bake thawed rolls for 10 minutes.
- Frost and enjoy!
