Recipe | Peach Cobbler for 2

This was as amazing as I’d hoped it would be.

Peach Cobbler for 2

  • 2 T butter
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1/4 t baking powder
  • 1 c canned sliced peaches (drained)

Preheat the oven to 350F. Melt the butter and pour into two 7 oz ramekins, divided evenly. Divide and sprinkle cinnamon over the butter. Mix the flour, sugar, milk, and baking powder until combined. Add more milk if batter is super-thick. Divide and spoon batter over the melted butter. Do not stir in. Place peach slices on top of the batter, divided evenly, and place the two ramekins onto a baking sheet to catch any spill-over. Bake about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Allow cobblers to cool about 15 minutes before serving.
