It’s embarrassing to post a recipe for this because it’s just too easy. But, here you have it anyway.
S’mores Bars
- Graham cracker crust
- 1/2 pkg mini marshmallows
- 1 bar Hershey’s milk chocolate (dark chocolate would be soooo good!)
Break the chocolate into pieces and line the crust with them. Bake at 350F for 3 minutes. Remove from oven, top with marsmallows and broil. Watch them carefully and remove as soon as the marshmallows begin to brown.
Want just one serving? Use mini-graham shells instead.
