Writing this down so I don’t forget!
Roast Turkey Breast
- Turkey breast
- Olive Oil
- 1 T kosher salt
- 2 T freshly ground black pepper
- Vegetable stock
Preheat oven to 350F. Pat thawed turkey breast with paper towels to dry (don’t wash it!). Rub with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rub spices in. Place in roasting pan and add 1-2 cups vegetable stock. Roast according to package instructions for turkey breast size.
