Ramen Salad

- 1 pkg coleslaw greens
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- Ramen noodles (toss the sauce packet)
- 1/4 c sliced almonds
- Can mandarin oranges, drained.
- Homemade vinaigrette: Olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil
Make vinaigrette. Combine all fruit and vegetables. Toast ramen noodles and almonds at 350F for 10 minutes, then add to salad. Toss all with vinaigrette.
