Recipe | White Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie

This is amazing. And relatively low-cal, too.

White Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie

  • 2 pkgs (small) white chocolate pudding mix
  • 8 oz lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1.5 c skim milk
  • 1.25 c shredded coconut
  • Graham cracker pie shell

Combine pudding mix and milk until pudding is thick. Stir in half of the whipped topping and 1 c coconut. Poor into pie shell. Top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.

Next time I’m trying it with lemon pudding. Can you imagine?!?!
