This was the best breakfast protein shake I’ve ever had. Ever. It was so good I sent the recipe the same morning to my “Let’s be healthy” group at work.
Lemony Breakfast Shake

- 1 c water
- 1 c ice
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
