Fast simple – and filling – breakfast using ingredients I had already. That’s a winner!
Nutty Banana Breakfast Shake

- 1 c fat free milk
- 1 c ice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 large banana, chunked
- 1 T peanut butter, preferably low-sodium and low-sugar
- 1 T coarsely chopped raw walnuts
Put everything in a blender or blending cup (if you have a stick blender) and mix until smooth.
