Homemade Samosas
Inspired by this recipe
- 1 pkg frozen puff pastry
- 1 pkg Indian side dish, like Bombay potatoes
Unfold slightly thawed puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into four pieces. Spoon filling equally among eight pastry squares. Fold pastry diagonally over filling, pressing edges to firmly seal. Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes or until brown and crispy.
