Recipe | Chicken with Sriracha Glaze

This is so wonderful – make it with boneless chicken thighs and you’ve got dinner on the table in a flash.

Chicken with Sriracha Glaze

Inspiration here

  • 1/3 c fruit preserves (apricot, peach, mango, etc)
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 2 T sriracha
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

 

Combine preserves, vinegar and sriracha, stirring until smooth. Marinade chicken for 4 hours or overnight. Cook how you prefer: Oven roasted, grilled or saute in a skillet.
