Anyway, you want NEED eggnog because the best thing on this planet is French toast made with eggnog. Seriously.
It’s so good I made two huge loaves worth and froze the slices for breakfast later.
Eggnog French Toast
- Eggs
- Eggnog
- Vanilla bean paste
- Thick cut Texas toast
Let bread slices sit out for an hour or two- or even better, overnight – before making breakfast. Whisk together 3 eggs, 3/4 cup eggnog and 2 T vanilla bean paste. Dip bread slices in batter and fry in lightly buttered skilled until golden brown.
