Here’s another quick evening meal that was delicious, low-cal and (importantly) fast.
Fish Stick Tacos

My revised version below
- 6 frozen fish sticks
- 1 c packaged coleslaw shred (carrots and cabbage)
- 1 T low-fat mayo
- 1 t lime juice
- Dash fresh black pepper
- Dash kosher salt
- 4 corn tortillas
Bake fish sticks according to package. Combine mayo, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add mixture to coleslaw shred and combine thoroughly. Warm tortillas then build your tacos!
