I saw this in Real Simple and gave it a try.

Deliciousness on a Baguette
- One baguette, sliced in half
- Fig jam (purchased at Ham’s Orchard!)
- Gruyere
- Arugula (or spinach, if you’re out of arugula)
Top the baguette with jam and Gruyere. Toast until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with greens and enjoy!
