- changing jobs after 14 years with a company
- supporting your spouse’s job change after 5 years with a company
- enduring massive changes in family structure
- adjusting to the loss of loved ones
- experiencing two church leadership changes due to unforeseen circumstances
- learning to run and losing 15 pounds
- wearing an orthopedic boot for nearly three weeks
