Strawberry-Peach Smoothies

A tasty breakfast treat – and one that can easily be made in advance and stored in the freezer.

Strawberry-Peach Smoothies
  • 2 c peaches, peeled (I used canned)
  • 1 generous cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 t chia seeds or ground flax
  • 1/2 c milk (cow, almond, rice, coconut or soy)

Add peaches, strawberries, banana, honey and milk to a blender. Blend until all chunks have been broken down and the smoothie is of uniform consistency.

If making in advance: Pour into freezer containers and freeze. Remove from freezer at least 1-2 hours before serving.
