Just a quick note about Team Hope…I told you that we survived the Cowtown Marathon – me with a PR (personal record) and The Boy with a medal for completing, despite an injury.
And that’s all fine and good, but what about Team Hope? We raised about 1/5 of what we need to go. So we might not be able to head to the Unnamed “C”aribbean country this April as we’d hoped, but we’re certainly going to get our funds raised so we can go this year – just maybe later than planned.
And that’s ok. We’re committed to going – you’re a big part of helping us get there – and we’re going to keep working hard until the funds are in place.
Because everyone needs Hope.
