The induction speech:

Shannah Hayley is a Senior Associate of Urban Design Group, where she works with the firm’s Principals to establish the firm’s marketing strategy and provides oversight for the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives.

She has served the Dallas Fort Worth and the Dallas SMPS Chapters in numerous roles over the past 13 years: mentor, educator, leader, trendsetter. She continually guides the chapter’s growth, serves as editor of the SMPS Dallas newsletter, leads the CPSM study group, and is the Incoming Chair of the national Certification committee. The 2007 SMPS Gala, for which Shannah was the Chair, was recognized with the First Place Award for Special Event by SMPS National.

What do her colleagues say about Shannah?
