The Boy’s latest complaint about my driving is that I multi-task, including:
- Filing coupons while sitting at a stoplight
- Looking at store signs while driving
- Adjusting the iPod/radio station
And a few other things that I won’t mention because he’s definitely right that I shouldn’t be doing those things while driving. {No need to mention that stuff.}
Your thoughts, please. Is a minimal amount of multi-tasking safe or a sin?
It is totally great when I do it; but a definite sin when the person ahead of me doesn't immediately go at the light because they are doing it.
Does The Boy expect people to be robots when they are driving?! I multi-task all the time while driving … singing as loud as I can, daydreaming about being a lottery winner, and practicing my dance moves. As long as you don't text and drive, drink and drive, or iron clothes and drive I think you are safe.
My husband sides with your husband …
