That’s obviously what I’ve decided because this is my third food post without photos. Shameful.
Rejoice, however, in the knowledge that the meal was delicious. So delicious that I deleted the photo I took of it while in a food-induced stupor.
- 1 package pre-cooked ribs
- 6 oz apricot jam
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
Heat broiler. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Top with ribs, meat side up. Broil for 6-8 minutes. While the meat is broiling, combine the jam and Sriracha in a saucepan and warm through. Flip ribs, brush with sauce and broil for two minutes. Flip, brush with sauce and broil for two additional minutes. Brush both sides with sauce. Cut into serving pieces (3-4 ribs per person) and enjoy!
This #88 recipe comes courtesy my Sandra Lee semi-homemade cookbook. Most people seem to love her or hate her. On a day when I don’t have a lot of time to cook, yet want a tasty meal, I love her.
