And I don’t want to do any of them. I think the problem is that I, quite frankly, have too many things to do.
In order to gain some control, I started a to-do list. But my to-do list soon sprung several minor to-do lists. As in:
1. Clean house
– Sweep and mop
– Straighten guest room
– Mop
– Vacuum
* Figure out a way to remember if vacuum is spelled with one c, one u, two c’s, or two u’s!
2. Shopping
– Develop final November menu
– Plan holiday party food contributions (Look up when holiday parties are and what I’ve agreed to bring)
– Kroger, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Braum’s
– Remind Marathon Man that it’s time to buy new running shoes. Buy a new pair of running shoes for Marathon Man.
3. Rest
– Take bath (Clean bathtub!)
– Read (Must be non-work related!)
– Fuss on furbabies (Doesn’t that require sitting still for a while?)
This hyper-organized woman is in overload mode.
It speaks volumes when you have to put "Rest" on your To do list!
I know…terribly sad!
