Instead of telling you all of the nitty-gritty about this weekend, I thought I’d show you the highlights.
1. Tried to figure out my newest piece of technology, without the help of a teenager, even though a teenager is living in our house right now:
2. Waded through the Hayley Backyard Bog to install a new birdfeeder, after the tragic Battle of the Birdfeeder 2009. Our local cardinal family promptly returned to eat – instead of to cuss – and set up camp to protect the feeder from trouble-making squirrels:
3. Watched, alternatively laughing and sobbing, Marley and Me with my boys:
