Yesterday my sweet husband and I were out and about, spending all but a few hours of the day together. We hit the gym, went to brunch, did some house-sitting, checked out a new gym (closer and cheaper!), and went to a Mavericks game.
And for practically the entire time (the most notable exception being the basketball game when we were too busy cheering), we talked nearly non-stop about the new Hayley Home.
- Which project should we tackle first? I think this one. Me too!
- Let’s look at how the stimulus tax credit will hit. Ok!
- I think we need to move in by Memorial Day weekend. My goal is earlier if possible. That’s great!
- My friend told me they got a great deal on a flat screen HDTV. I think we should consider taking advantage of some of the retail woes. That’s great!
We were surfing the same brain wave all day. If I had a brilliant idea, Kelly had it, too. If Kelly had a well-thought out plan, I had it, too.
Disgusting marital happiness, eh? Nah – just happily co-dependant.
