We had the Hayley-Home-To-Be inspected yesterday. The house has a major problem with exterior wood trim, but we knew about that when we bought it. (That’s why the house is such a great deal!) The house also has various and sundry other small problems. Nothing that will keep us from closing the deal – but certainly giving us room to negotiate a bit more.
As he went through the report, Inspector Terry summed the situation up by saying:
This is a house that’s in desperate need of TLC.
A little continual TLC will save a lot of heartache in the long run.
Wow! How true is that? Houses, relationships, client maintenance… a little continual TLC can prevent small problems from becoming very big problems.
I think I’m going to give Kelly a big hug after work today!
Should it be a big hug or continual little hugs?
Continual big hugs. 🙂
