Recipe | Baking Sheet Eggs

This sounds weird, but trust me: It’s not. It’s GENIUS.

Sheet Eggs in the Oven

Mind-blowing instructions discovered here.

1 small container egg whites
2-3 T water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 12 x 17 sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. Whisk egg whites and water together and pour on the sheet pan. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes until eggs are cooked through (no loose liquid) but not too browned. The eggs will continue to set after you take them out of the oven. Cut into squares, separate with parchment paper and freeze.

Why freeze? Because these make for FAST breakfasts…like I’m going to share tomorrow.
