I love Amy’s Roasted Vegetable Pizza, but I do not like paying $10 for it. So I’ve found a great substitute.
Roasted Vegetable Pizza
(from scratch, super easy!)
- 1 prebaked pizza crust, like Boboli
- 2-3 T Stonewall Kitchen’s Roasted Garlic Onion jam
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s Roasted Vegetables or your favorite frozen vegetables
- Good quality mozzarella, shredded
Spread pizza crust with olive oil. Top with jam, then roasted vegetables and cheese. Bake according to pizza crust directions. Enjoy!
