Cranberry Orange Smoothie
- 4-6 oz Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 c fresh cranberries
- 1/3 c orange juice
- 1/4 c low-fat milk
- 1 large banana, cut into pieces and frozen
In a large glass or mixing jar, combine yogurt, cranberries, orange juice, milk and banana. Blend for 1-2 minutes.
