Recipe | Cranberry Orange Smoothie

This is just a really refreshing, yummy and filling breakfast smoothie. Give it a try!

Cranberry Orange Smoothie

  • 4-6 oz Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 c fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 c orange juice
  • 1/4 c low-fat milk
  • 1 large banana, cut into pieces and frozen

In a large glass or mixing jar, combine yogurt, cranberries, orange juice, milk and banana. Blend for 1-2 minutes.
