Wrapping the 31 Days

What did I learn while writing about one thing for 31 days? It was harder than it sounded, but interesting all the same. It’s fun to look at a single topic from a variety of angles. It’s also helpful to verbalize the mental processing that I’ve been working through for the past year or so.

And that whole staying focused on one thing for 31 days? That in itself was a big change for me.
